Cris Arens: Cris is the founder of HarneTech LLC. Over the past twenty years, he has
successfully started and developed several technology companies focused on the logistics
industry. He has travelled to virtually all parts of the world during his business career;
HarneTech is well financed and growing fast. Cris is responsible for strategic planning and

Lauren Bombick: Lauren is responsible for coordinating HarneTech ‘s marketing and
promotional efforts. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing
HarneTech's marketing initiatives including industry forums, HarneTech events, tradeshows,
promotional, public relations and advertising. Prior to joining HarneTech Lauren led the market
research team and organized all company sponsored events for a start-up in the medical device
arena. Lauren is a graduate from the University of Iowa.
Alexander Cameron: Alex focuses on local governments and real estate development in the
Chicago area. He has worked in the planning department of a local municipality, and brings that
experience to our government, park district and library customers. He has developed
sustainability plans and worked on long-term development strategy; and advises our clients in
these areas. He is knowledgeable about funding opportunities for local municipalities. Alex
received his B.A. in political science from Indiana University.
Jeff Davis: Jeff's primary responsibilities include renewable energy partnerships, state and
federal government relations, client financing, and corporate responsibility. Jeff is a LEED
accredited professional, and he currently serves as the Co-Chair of the State and Local
Government Committee of the U.S. Green Building Council - Chicago Chapter. He also sits on
the board for the DePaul University - Institute of Business and Professional Ethics. Jeff received

Rich Goulet: Rich brings a depth of experience in the commercial HVAC and building
operations space. He has over 25 years experience working in the existing building market. His
experience runs the gamut from small computer room units to some of the largest low
temperature applications in the Chicago metro area. Rich is a LEED Acredited Professional and
a member of ASHRAE. He is one of the co-founders of the Fox Valley chapter of the USGBC

Grant Huber: Grant was the key driver for initiating all sustainability efforts at a logistics firm in a
previous position. One such effort was the partnership and implementation of the US EPA
SmartWay program within the company. A large part of the program centered on aggregating
and analyzing all emissions data for thousands of freight carriers. He also led a successful
award campaign which netted the company a 2009 Green Supply Chain award and a 2009 Top
3PL award.
Mike Johnson: Mike is a recognized expert in sustainability master planning, greenhouse gas
management and renewable energy strategy. His direct GHG inventory expertise includes the
development of the City of Chicago's corporate and citywide inventories and two State-level
inventories. Mike holds a MSc degree in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund
University in Sweden and an A.B. in Political Science from Augustana College (Illinois). For

Mike Putz: Mike is responsible for leading HarneTech's financial investment strategy and
financial operations. Mike has over 20 years of experience in banking with St. Paul Federal Bank
(now Charter One Bank) and more recently at LaSalle Bank N.A. (now Bank of America). He
works with our product and financing partners to provide HarneTech customers with the best

Dustin Sonneborn: Dustin's primary responsibilities are sustainability master planning
consulting for municipalities. He previously worked in the Wisconsin State Senate for Senator
Lena Taylor. He is a member of the Illinois Solar Energy Association and has a passion for the
financial benefits of sustainability and energy efficiency and works closely with our municipality
clients. Dustin holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Drew Trammell: Drew focuses on K-12 school districts and institutions of higher education. He
is a LEED Green Associate, and has led a property management team to successfully achieve a
LEED-Gold level rating in Chicago. As a former teacher, Drew understands the budgeting
challenges facing the education system, and he consults on funding opportunities while helping
develop sustainability goals. Drew holds a BS in Secondary Education from Illinois State

Chuck VonDrehle: Chuck has years of experience in solar site design, and project
management of Solar Systems. He spent the last three years managing the installations of Solar
PV systems in California for Borrego Solar. Prior to that he worked as a environmental project
manager here in the Chicago area. He is a member of Illinois Solar Energy Association (ISEA)
and holds a BA in Business Management for Governors State University.
Tim Warren: Tim leads HarneTech's Solar System Design Team which includes solar system
designs, product sales and services. His responsibilities include delivering renewable energy
solutions to clients and engineering the systems. Tim is a US Green Building Council
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Tim is a
graduate from Judson University in Elgin, IL with a degree in Sustainable Architecture. For more

Michael Wilder: Michael comes to HarneTech from the international conglomerate Siemens,
where he was responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships in more than
10 countries for building technologies, across the Americas. He has more than 25 years of
customer relationship management experience. Michael holds a degree in Business Marketing
from Bradley University and Masters in Education from Loyola University of Chicago. For more

Chris Wosachlo: Chris joined the HarneTech team after spending six years in commercial
construction project management. He has worked on several different types of public works and
government building projects in San Diego, California and one mixed-use high rise building in
Chicago, Illinois. His primary role within the company is performing energy audits on existing
buildings. Chris graduated with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Colorado
State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
