Audit services evaluate all of the factors that contribute to your energy
consumption and cost in the following areas:
Building Envelope Analysis
- We will analyze the impact of the floors, walls, ceilings, doors,
windows, and skylights. The area and R-value of each of these components
is measured and analyzed.
HVAC / Refrigeration Equipment
- Our review of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and
refrigeration systems often reflects the greatest opportunity for savings.
Climate control efficiency and indoor air quality are particularly
important in energy usage evaluations, as they have a direct impact on
occupant comfort and productivity.
Lighting
- We review everything from bulbs and ballasts to light control
systems and motion sensors.
Electricity Consumption
- End-user plug loads and all other equipment not covered in the
HVAC/R and Lighting Audits is assessed and measured. This audit
covers everything from computers and printers to kitchenette appliances
and phone chargers.
Water Conservation
- This audit includes water heater efficiency, occupant water use,
fixture applications, and storm water management.
