Certification AssessmentThe Certification Assessment Audit provides third-party site certification recommendations as to the feasibility of certifying your building. These certifications are primarily designed to increase the building's energy efficiency and re-sale value. The report is based on the current energy usage of your facility, detailed HarneTech analysis, and the metrics of the third-party program. The primary certification programs HarneTech works with are LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Energy Star. If certification is a goal for your site, it is recommended that each of the previous audits is completed prior to pursuing certification. This report will provide an understanding of the costs and benefits associated with certification and offer specific recommendations based upon your building type and site location. Please note this report only identifies the feasibility of certification and does not include actual site certification. Separate costs apply for certification services. However, please note that should you choose to hire HarneTech for actual site certification services; the fee charged for the Certification Report will be deducted from the cost of these additional services.
